*Returns will be accepted in the following scenario:
Item is damaged: If item is received damaged it needs to be notified
immediately (within 12hours) upon receipt. Keep package and documents
linked together. Customer should provide picture of damaged goods
immediately as well.
Item is defective: Return will be based on 7 day policy
Wrong item received: Return will be based on 7 day policy
Note: Returned items must be in same condition as you received with original
box and/or packaging intact.
Goods will be picked up by courier within 2-3 working days.
What if my return not accepted?
Delivery is contingent upon strikes, accidents, delays of carrier and other delays
beyond our control.
Reasons a return is not accepted:
Item has past the 7-day return policy
Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags,
labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Clearance items (Clearly marked as non-returnable)
Damaged items receipt wasn’t reported in 12hours timeframe
Refund will be added to customer wallet on Eshop.
Cost of item will be credited to the Wallet of customer on Eshop. (Full refund
of items returned excluding shipping fees) or (full refund of items returned
including prorata shipping fees)
No Refund will be given on credit card & debit card.
We will inspect and accordingly process your refund if eligible within 7 working
days from date of pick up.
