Hotel & Hospital Engg. Division has a large Service and Technical Support Department with qualified, trained and competent service engineers and technicians to successfully install, test, commission and handover the projects. This also includes end user’s training. We recognize that providing a reliable after sales service is of paramount importance for any project for end user’s long term satisfaction to use system most efficiently keeping occupant’s comfort and health in mind.

Our service engineers and technicians undergo periodic and frequent training programs by product and system manufacturers in scientific preventive maintenance to avoid untimely downtimes, identifying probable faults before those occur and trouble-shooting sometimes. Our technicians and engineers are placed in various countries and cities to cover the service and maintenance requirements of our clients

Wotek undertakes AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) of the equipment and systems supplied and installed by Wotek or by any third party contractor. Wotek AMC team ensures that any service calls and demands in the premises are served with minimal shut down time to complete satisfaction of the occupant. The spare parts are either procured from relevant manufacturers or supplied from our central inventory of parts in major cities.
